The casePacker® CP6000 is a fully automatic case packing
machine for handling tray / punnet or bags into crates or
boxes. The casePacker® CP6000 is very compact and
designed to suite modern high-speed production lines.
A wide range of product type can be accommodated by the
casePacker® CP6000, from punnet and trays with e.g. Tomatoes
to bags of plastic or paper with e.g. Potatoes, carrots, ect. A
layer of product is constructed by pushing and arranging the
product into position. A box or crate is transported via conveyors
and placed directly under the constructed layer of product.
The bottom doors will open and the layer of product will be
placed in the crate or box. This is repeated until the number of
layer per crate or box is reached and the crate or box is transported
out of the CP6000 casePacker®. High capacity, up to 80-
90 products per minute, depending of size, position, number of
product per layer and number of layer in each box.
